Any goods travelling to countries outside of the EU must comply with rules setting out the type and format for the paperwork you need to supply for customs. What do I need to complete?

For non-commercial goods (not for sale and valued less than USD 1000) a proforma invoice is needed.

Please note

  • Both types of invoice should be printed on the consignee's (sender's) letterhead, Which must include the company's registered address.
  • Each copy of the invoice must be signed in blue ink.
  • Four copies of the invoice should be submitted with the delivery upon collection of the goods.
